LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING PROGRAMME ON ISO 9001:2015, QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM  

 

This course is registered by the governing board of the IQA - International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) and meets part of the training requirements of those seeking registration as a lead auditor under that scheme.

On successful completion of the course you will have necessary skills and the experience to lead and manage your own audits. You will -

  • Do Third Party Inspection (External Audit) as well as Internal Audit.
  • Become an Independent Auditor and MR (Management Review)
  • To prepare relevant / concise audit reports.
The learning process will include a series of tutorials, exercises, culminating in both practical and written examination. Delegates will be supplied with a bound set of comprehensive course notes.

Who Should Attend?

  • Participants who have Prior Knowledge of :
    1. A. Knowledge of quality management principles and concepts of PDCA cycle, relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction, quality management terms – definitions and 7 QMP’s, Process approach in quality management, model of process based QMS and structure and content of ISO 9001.
    2. B. Knowledge of requirements of ISO 9001, which may be gained by completing an IRCA certified QMS Foundation Training Course or Equivalent.
  • All employees whose work responsibility directly affects QMS.
  • Those individuals willing to take up internal and external auditing as a future profession by becoming an independent auditor.
  • Those who intend to enroll themselves to IRCA Registration Schemes of QMS Auditors.

Course Duration: Five Days
